TANK'S Green Stuff launched TANK’S GREEN&CLEAN, a non-profit Tucson community initiative in 2021. TANK'S believes that everyone wants to get dirty and GREEN&CLEAN our community!
The goal is to partner with Tucson businesses, residents and groups to identify and target areas that need to be GREENED&CLEANED. Together, we can create fun, safe ways to get outside, work together and reclaim and revitalize our community gardens and open spaces.
TANK’S enjoyedsupporting Amphi Middle School's Growing Healthy Families Event.TANK'S and EcoGrowcollaborated to build a new community garden on campus. In the spirit of Amphi's mascot, the Pirates, the vegetable garden beds were designed in the shape of a captain's wheel with a moored boat butterfly garden in the middle. Knowing that Amphi Middle School students will continue to learn about gardening in the new Pirate Patch built by TANK’S gives us great satisfaction.
